The bank deal wrap up

Well, it’s over.  Thanks to everyone who offered advice.

My final agreement doesn’t allow me to disclose the terms (hmmm, by disclosing that did I violate the agreement?).  The company in question has a published standard of corporate behavior called the “newspaper test”.  The standard is meant to guard against behavior that they wouldn’t want to see show up in a newspaper.  I’m not sure how that jives with requiring a non-disclosure agreement.

However, at the last, we got to a point where I felt the settlement reflected a fair estimate of what should have happened originally(just almost seven months later).
